Her routine, in a nutshell:
NIGHT:1. Use Raw Shea Butter Shea Moisture Reconstructive Finishing Elixir - every other day or two days
2. Wrap hair
MORNING:
1. Unwrap hair
2. Comb with a wide-tooth comb
3. No products during the day time
SPARINGLY:
1. Coconut Oil - used only twice during the 5 weeks
2. Glover's Medicated Ointment for Dandruff - used weekly for the first two weeks
AVOIDING HUMIDITY AND FRIZZ:
1. Hair wrapped underneath a scarf during humid days before and after events
DURING WORKOUTS:
1. Ponytails and cloth headband to catch sweat
2. Progressed from no workouts to light workouts to regular workouts in the 5 weeks
